Each area has specific photo opportunities. Some require timing or special conditions.
- Garden Photo - Take during golden hour for best results
- Forest Oak - Wait for sunset, stand at the marked spot
- Vintage Car - Check glove compartment first to unlock angle
- Town Fountain - Photograph after 6PM when lights turn on
Memory Vignettes
Red flower petals trigger flashback sequences. Find all 50+ petals throughout the game.
- Chapter 1: 5 petals - In the garden and around the house
- Chapter 2: 10 petals - Scattered along forest paths
- Chapter 3: 8 petals - At abandoned buildings
- Chapters 4-9: Remaining petals in towns and at the summit
Journal System
You can print up to 4 photos per chapter. Choose wisely - your selections affect the ending.
- Max Photos: 36 total (4 per chapter × 9 chapters)
- Hidden Photos: Some spots only appear after specific choices
- Best Photo: One photo per chapter is marked with a star
The Stray Dog
The stray dog appears throughout your journey. How you interact affects your ending.
- Feed him - Unlocks "Companion" ending branch
- Ignore him - Dog appears less frequently
- Take his photo - Required for "Full Heart" ending
The Final Choice
At the summit, Alfred must choose how to move forward.
- Embrace - Place all memories in the basin
- Let Go - Return memories to the wind
- Hold On - Keep one memory and return the rest
